Carl Halperin

Carl Halperin is a native to Arizona and has been in law enforcement over 17 years.  He started his career in Flagstaff and currently works in the East Valley for the Apache Junction Police Department.  Carl does outreach for his community and teaches drug prevention to the youth. 

 He has personally seen the need for Angels on Patrol and has watched his agency utilize their important service.
