RESTRICTED - LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS ONLY

REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE -

Angels on Patrol ONLY provides assistance to families or individuals in crisis referred to us by on-duty law enforcement officers. Officers may also request assistance for youth enrichment programs for at-risk youth with whom the officer is working with through this site.

AoP CAN NOT provide assistance if you were solely called out to place an AoP request or approached to find someone a community resource.

Our mission is to help YOU, the officer, help those in the community that you come into contact with during the course of your duties, on official business, who touch your heart and want to help beyond the initial call or the self-initiated contact. Angels on Patrol is the only non-profit whose role is to help on-duty officers, so you won't reach into your own pocket as you go above and beyond.

Please provide as much detail as you are comfortable providing. Angels on Patrol keeps all information confidential and will not share names, addresses or information that will identify your family/individual/at-risk youth.  Angels on Patrol only shares general information about requests to request community and individual monetary support.

IN ORDER FOR THE REQUEST TO REACH US, FILL OUT THE BELOW FORM AND HIT THE BLUE BUTTON. A "thank you" message will then appear to let you know the request was successfully submitted. If not contacted within 2 hours, please email contact@angelsonpatrol.org Technical glitches occur and we want to ensure we don't miss a request for assistance.

AFTER HOURS REQUEST? - We've established the After Hours Angels Program with ALL departments we currently serve! This provides officers access to a prepaid Visa card during our closed hours of 1900-0700 hours weekdays, and all hours on weekends and holidays. We hope this will help you have 24hr access, and not encounter barriers when you desire to help others in crisis. *If using a Visa card, please don't forget to still submit an online request, so we may track spending and follow up with the family when we reopen.*

Access cards:

Phoenix PD - 620 with the VCB, Tempe PD - at Dispatch, Glendale PD - at Dispatch, Mesa PD - in District Coordinator's Desk, Scottsdale PD - in the VA's locked box, Goodyear PD - at Dispatch, Avondale PD - at Dispatch, Buckeye PD - with Dispatch, Peoria PD - in Lt.'s Locker

Rather submit via mobile app? Download our free app "Angels on Patrol" via Google Play. Will be available for Apple very soon.
