Founder - Jacqui MacConnell

 Jacqui MacConnell started Angels on Patrol based on her personal experience in law enforcement, knowing what it is like to help individuals officers meet through the course of their duties beyond just the call itself.  Jacqui had the desire to provide officers resources that would be IMMEDIATELY available and without red tape.  AoP is the result of that desire.  AoP has continued to expand to more communities in the Phoenix valley since 2009, and Jacqui is honored to continue to serve the community through Angels on Patrol.  Jacqui honorably retired from the Phoenix Police Department as a Lieutenant in 2014, but has continued to serve in the law enforcement since then.
