Brian Stutsman

Brian Stutsman is an Arizona native.  He has served his community over the past 30 years with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.  Currently, Brian is serving as a Patrol District Commander of one of the Sheriff’s busiest patrol districts in the west valley.  Overseeing a vast area of over 1600 square miles, Brian is constantly met with challenges that push him to embrace the opportunities for community improvement and collaboration.

 In difficult times of doing more with less, he has recognized the importance of developing relationships, building on community partnerships,  and furthering the trust between law enforcement and the people we serve. These interactions are what creates the opportunities to impact the lives of others in ways that leave a lasting impression through positive interactions with law enforcement, and this is what builds on trust and relationships within the community. 

As a Board member, Brian is striving to build a larger network of deputy sheriff's, police officers, community members, and business contacts that can provide a greater collaboration of ideas, resources, and relationships. Through this collaboration, Brian wants to address the opportunities presented in a heartfelt and caring manner that will leave a lasting impression one person at a time!
