Brian Stutsman

Brian Stutsman is an Arizona native.  He served his community for over 30 years with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, retiring as a Captain in 2025.  Currently, Brian is the City Manager for Youngtown, AZ. 

 In difficult times of doing more with less, he has recognized the importance of developing relationships, building on community partnerships,  and furthering the trust between law enforcement and the people we serve. These interactions are what creates the opportunities to impact the lives of others in ways that leave a lasting impression through positive interactions with law enforcement, and this is what builds on trust and relationships within the community. 

As a Board member, Brian is striving to build a larger network of deputy sheriff's, police officers, community members, and business contacts that can provide a greater collaboration of ideas, resources, and relationships. Through this collaboration, Brian wants to address the opportunities presented in a heartfelt and caring manner that will leave a lasting impression one person at a time!
